The challenge
As Denmark's largest mortgage institution, Nykredit wanted to strengthen their digital presence and create an engaging and targeted platform. However, they faced several challenges that hampered their ability to offer modern, personalized customer experiences:

The solution
Coignite a comprehensive suite of digital systems and applications that collectively transformed NYKREDIT's digital platform into a dynamic, personalized and cohesive solution. The package consisted of several integrated components, each supporting the strategy of engaging users and creating value in different life situations:
- Self-service tools on the website:
We created intuitive web-based solutions such as home loan calculators, budget planners and investment tools. These tools helped users gain insight into their financial situation and supported decision-making processes directly on the website. - Anwendungen Mobiles:

We developed a unique tool that enabled Nykredit to quickly implement complex financial calculations directly into their digital solutions. The tool transforms Excel-based models into APIs and ensures fast and accurate deployment of new computational capabilities. - Personalizacija:
