The challenge
Bygma Gruppen already had a customer portal on their website, where customers could log in to access products, orders and invoice information. But there was a lack of a personalized and flexible solution that could give customers easier and more mobile access to these features. Bygma wanted to be closer to their professional clients, offer a more personalized service and be accessible to them at their fingertips — via their smartphone.
The solution
To meet Bygma's needs, Coignite developed Bygma Pro App — a mobile application that gives Bygma's professional customers direct access to the tools and information they need when they need it.
- Personal Dashboard: The app provides users with a customised dashboard with quick access to orders, products, prices and invoices. It makes it easy for customers to find and order building materials and keep track of their orders.
- Webshop integration: Through the app, customers can easily access Bygma's webshop and order materials directly from their mobile phones. This ensures a fast and flexible ordering process suitable for busy artisan workdays.
- Order Summary: Customers have access to a detailed overview of both current and past orders, so they can track their deliveries and invoicing without having to log in via a computer.
